Im Wohnbereich befindet sich auch die Schlafcouch, auf der eine weitere Person nächtigen kann. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es zudem eine gemütliche, überdachte Sitzlounge. Die Lage der Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für Ausflüge nach München, ins Voralpenland und natürlich auch zur Therme Erding.
