Es erwarten Sie ruhige 48 qm, verteilt auf zwei Zimmer mit eigenem Eingang. Die Wohnung geht auf den Garten hinaus, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Rande des Zentrums. Der Garten darf zur Entspannung mitbenutzt werden. Die Wohnung gehört zu einem 1906 erbauten Jugendstil-Ensemble und befindet sich in einem um die Jahrhundertwende entstandenen Gegend. Das Zentrum von Pforzheim ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch Wald und Wiesen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

“I stayed one night in the apartment and everything was fine! The location is great, quiet thanks to backyard and fast at the Enz (the dogs were happy!). The sleeping alcove is super comfortable and in terms of equipment is thought of everything from coffee to milk to emergency replacement toothbrush! And the icing on the cake: the hospitality is great. We felt very comfortable!”
