Cozy and practical apartment, located in the best neighborhood of Itajaí (Bairro Fazenda). For those who like music, there is also a piano to relax to. Close to beaches, a supermarket and restaurants, it is excellent for your convenience and comfort. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven. It does not have parking, but there are places nearby and the street itself is very quiet. It is on the third floor, accessed by stairs, since the building does not have an elevator.
