Private parking before a short descent to access the home . 10 minutes from the 2 motorway entrances towards Italy, Monaco, and Cannes. This studio is air-conditioned, tastefully renovated with open views over the hills. Access via road with multiple shoelaces. Accommodation independent of the house very quiet and green place. Minimalist, with simple comfort, conducive to calm, relaxation and disconnection, our small 40 m2 cottage, 20 of which are on the mezzanine (note: sloping roof, miller's staircase) is located on the same land as our house, 3 km from the village of Biot, halfway between Nice and Cannes.
