Rental 3 nights minimum and 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.

COSY STUDIO

Very quiet accommodation. Studio at La Trinité 06340 bordering Nice (20 minutes from Nice). Private parking before a small descent to access the accommodation. 10 minutes from the 2 entrances to the highway towards Italy, Monaco, and Cannes. This studio is air-conditioned, tastefully renovated with unobstructed views of the hills. Access via a road with several hairpin turns. Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

Terrace with barbecue. Ideal for a couple in love with the mountains looking for a small nest to rest after long hikes, mountain biking or snowshoeing, a cozy shelter with fireplace. For the summer, a hidden swimming area in the stream just steps away from the house.
