Cozy studio of 28 sqm for 2-3 people with a livable balcony and direct access to the sea. It is a 5-minute walk from the station, 10/15 from the main street (5 by car) where you will find shops, an information office and buses. A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. Michela will be careful of all your needs. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.
