SEAFRONT delightful studio in a period villa

Cozy studio of 28 sqm for 2-3 people with a livable balcony and direct access to the sea. It is a 5-minute walk from the station, 10/15 from the main street (5 by car) where you will find shops, an information office and buses. The gate of the condominium garden opens onto the beautiful path that runs along the sea (sentier du Littoral), 5.5 km long, which connects the Plage Mala (15 min), equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and bars/restaurants, to Monaco (25 min)

A room on the Oggia

A simple and romantic space, a real room without frills with a kitchenette and a small terrace overlooking the river: from here you can see a small stone bridge... and the sound of flowing water. The accommodation is a single large vault: the whole house has been restored using natural materials, lime and paints made with flour and linseed oil. For the winter months, there is a wood stove that guests can manage independently. Wood is provided for the stay.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

The Belle Vallé faces on an incredible view thanks to it’s position which is situated on top of a hillock along the shores of the lake. Outside in the garden you will be surrounded by beautiful chestnut trees and can relax having your breakfast, lunch and dinner in front of the peaceful and calm green waters of the lake.

Villa Giuanne, families, Arenzano

A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. Michela will be careful of all your needs. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.

Garfagnana - La Casa Del Franco

The house is located in Vergaia, a very small village on the shores of Lake Vagli, the only group of houses overlooking Fabbriche di Careggine, the ancient village that has been submerged by the waters of the lake. The village is ideal for those who want to get away from the city and for those who want to find tranquility given the very few residents.
