the house is spacious, with heated bedrooms, the space is cozy, unique, private. you can walk to the center there are places nearby to eat i would highly recommend it Edward is a great host

I highly recommend it, since my arrival they were very friendly, they gave precise instructions, I consider that even more things that were posted inside the house, there was no problem with my stay.

We wash all 3 bedrooms together. The kids and the dogs loved the place. There is a Alberca and the area is very quiet. Walking to downtown takes you about 10-15 minutes walking. Vicky greeted us and was pending during our stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place.

Great place to relaxe and to get away from everything. Simple but functioning amenities complete the relaxing experience. Izamal is a short drive, ~5km from the place, which has lots to see, restaurants and everything else you need. The pool is very nice, large and adds a lot to the cottage together with its garden. Naibi, the lovely and helpful host made us feel welcome with helpful instructions.

Nice place, nice, just like in the photos. It's close to downtown; along with a bakery worth buying French bread. The place is beautiful and very tasteful. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much!

The house is located two blocks from the Convento on the main street of Izamal. Well located accommodation, in a very peaceful place. It is located near restaurants and cafes. Francis and Ana, they helped us throughout the moment, providing everything I agree with the accommodation. Very friendly and accessible. The house is beautiful with three well-decorated rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. It also has hamaqueros if you need to hang a hammock. It has a pool on the ground floor and a jacuzzi on the roof with a spectacular view of the convent. I recommend staying in this place.

The space is exactly as it is in the photos. Boutique hotel quality. The location in the mere center steps from the historic center and the Exconvento, close to restaurants, shops and pharmacies. Safe area and in the quiet evenings. We were delighted and Jorge and his family were very kind and helpful at all times. We are grateful to them for such fine attentions and delighted with their villas. It's simply “the place” to go in Izamal .
