Our expectations were exceeded! Kelicia was very responsive and even sent an extensive list of local food recommendations with places for everyone, even the pickiest eater. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be back to stay!

The house was in a perfect location and exactly what we wanted. We had no issues during our stay and I know if we had, Mary would’ve addressed it immediately. She was an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommendation if you want a relaxing, stress free stay literally right on the beach!

My family stayed here while attending a memorial/funeral, but we’d love to come back as a vacation rental. Holly was very considerate and kind about the reason for our trip. Her recommendations were helpful and as a beach rental especially this property shines. We loved it here

Great house! We were so happy when we arrived, the house is so clean and the decoration is very beachy and cute. It was very comfortable for the two of us. It’s on a quiet street but close to the businesses on Third street. We slept great, everything was comfortable We definitely would come here again. If I could give more than five stars I would, it’s that great.

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Stayed for 12 nights. Check-in and instructions were clear and simple. The place was fantastic and very clean. It was exactly like on pictures. The fenced backyard was perfect and location was great! I really enjoyed my stay!

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location

Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

Just steps from the beach, this home exceeded our expectations. The private pool in the back was an added bonus to the spacious & spotless home. Jason & Erin had the placed stocked with all the toiletries, even makeup remover and black face towels for the ladies. I would definitely vacation here again.

We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. William is a great host and was very proactive in answering all of our questions. We love the views and hearing the ocean while we slept. We will definitely book this property again.

Place was perfect for us, exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway for the Donna Marathon...even walking distance to the start line! House was well equipped for us to make our pre-race pasta dinner the night before the race. The gorgeous ocean views weren't so bad either! Highly recommend!

This condo was fabulous! The beds were super comfortable and the linens were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The view was superb! David was very friendly and responsive. We’d love to stay here again!

This was a sweet spot right on the ocean. Great place for homebase for The Players Championship as it’s just a few miles away, easy access and a beautiful view to come back to. Will stay again.

We had an amazing four day vacation in the area and would absolutely book here if in the area again. The balcony and ocean view and access to the beach were astounding! The space was stylish, comfortable, and more than enough space for my husband and I (and would be a great size for up to 4). The area offered an easy walking distance to many restaurants. Next time we will rent bikes from a spot down the street. I had one or two questions to ask of the host during our stay and she was very responsive and friendly in her answers. We would stay here again without question! Most appreciated were the fold up beach chairs and the bathrobes for lounging on the balcony in the morning and evenings. Other nice touches were binoculars and a white noise machine.

great location amazing host we had an issue checking in , no fault of anyone just technology. Our host were very responsive within in minutes to help with the issue.

We just returned from a very wonderful stay at Alexander’s beach house. The property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. The common area is in the middle between bedrooms and a bathroom on each side. This layout worked very well allowing for some privacy too. I can’t begin to express our excitement of being directly on the beach and so many shells! My husband and son both caught (and released) fish. All of us found shark’s teeth, too. We’d love to visit this relaxing retreat again. Thank you to our host for being so responsive also. Refrigerated drinks were even in the fridge for us on arrival. 👍🏻

Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and extremely comfortable, this is an absolutely lovely place to relax. if you decide you want to leave the condo, the area is wonderfully walkable, with the beach, restaurants, and more within an easy stroll. Hillary is helpful, responsive, and accommodating, and we had an amazing stay!

Benjamin’s Place was great! We stayed there either a couple of friends for a wedding we had in Jacksonville. The place was in a great area near the beach and at short distances from well known stores or restaurants! It was just what we looked for! Thanks Ben for having us!

Julia is a great host. We would stay there again. She communicates frequently and very respectful. Her home is very nice, spacious, quiet, and within minutes of shopping, food, and the beach. You will not disappointed - in fact, Julia is quite modest vis-a-vis how she describes her home. The home is "...better than she advertised...", to be sure. The environment is safe and a great place that is conducive to family.

What a lovely spot — almost entirely renovated very recently (new closet systems are coming soon, which will make the whole place perfect). Very spacious kitchen with lovely features and virtually any tool you could ever want to use — from an install to a smoothie blender. All appliances were new, including a washer dryer! So so so clean! And you are so close to the beach that you can watch the sun rise over the ocean without leaving the back porch. Comfy furniture, great beds (yes, a king in the primary suite!) and seating both at the long lovely bar and a dining table, as well as a few lounge chairs on the back porch. And the host is just so kind!

We really enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving and we had some excellent warm weather. The beach and restaurants were very close by for walking. The dogs liked the fenced back yard. The house looks small from the street but the inside space is much larger than you would think!
