DURING WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 years, alternatively in the company of a guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to the VM8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and the station as well as the airport bus.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students ate their school lunch in the 1940s and 1950s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one the lunch lady cooked lunch on. She herself lived on the upper floor and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the rectory where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Lovely garden where you can sit outside and use the barbecue if you wish. About 15 minutes to Järvsöbacken and skiing. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove, oven, oil, salt & pepper are in place. Small towels and kitchen towels are included in the price. Wi-Fi and TV (Chromecast). Sheets are available to borrow for SEK 50 per bedding set. Flexible check-in.

Here you can enjoy nature, the view, the rural environment and a wide range of nature and cultural experiences nearby. Härbret is a simple timber building dating back to the 18th century and has a room for socializing and a beautiful bedroom. In the building next door, there is a kitchen and bathroom that only you have access to. All amenities, such as sheets, towels and shower soap, are included.
