There you can go slalom in the winter & have coffee or mountain climbing in the summer. In Fränsta, you will find one of Sweden's longest & most beloved wooden bridges called Vikbron. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful space. Description: This newly built cottage in Laxviken has three bedrooms and living areas combined with kitchen. A conservatory with glass veranda and large sun deck provides another big common space. The cottage is located 150 meters next to Hotagen, with its own swimming area and boat that takes you in 5 minutes to well-known fishing water Hotagsströmmen. In winter you can rent our scooters and use the snowmobile trails off the knot. The cross-country ski trail attracts you at the door.

Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 meters from Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake stands the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope Vm8. Bus station 200 m to take you to the village core. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about a 20 minute walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. However, sheets are NOT included. Good to know, the train rails are close, noise of trains a few times per day. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and cycling are around the corner. Good as a base for both winter and summer excursions. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and the nice view. Nice patio with large lawn available in the back. The tribal estate is on the same farm. Cats have been in the home.

The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.

The wigwam is 20m2 and has a 160x200 real bed with bedding and extra blankets. It is heated with a wood stove for fresh nights. You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pots, pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake, canoes, and free sessions at the sauna. A breakfast basket is included.

The farm is of high standard and has a lovely garden that is open for you to enjoy! For the children there is a trampoline, playroom and swings to entertain themselves with. Next to the apartment there is also a sauna and a large hot tub for up to 12 people that can be used for payment.
