The Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! The lodge is located 80 metres from Lake Åresjön. There is a sauna 10 metres from the lake, and the VM8 ski slope is 200 metres away. Bus station 200 m that takes you to the village center. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about 20 minutes walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. Sheets NOT included. Two 90-cm beds. Good to know! The railway line is close by; trains can be heard a few times a day/in the evenings. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Description: This newly built cottage in Laxviken has three bedrooms and social areas in combination with a kitchen. A conservatory with a glass veranda and a large sun terrace provides another large common space. The cottage is 150 meters next to Hotagen, with its own swimming area and boat that takes you in 5 minutes to the well-known fishing waters of Hotagsströmmen. In winter, you can rent our snowmobiles and use the snowmobile trails outside the node. The cross-country ski trail is right at the door.

The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.

The wigwam is 30m2 and has a 160x200 real bed with bedding and extra blankets. It is heated with a wood stove for fresh nights. You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pots, pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake, canoes, and free sessions at the sauna. A breakfast basket is included.

The accommodation is absolutely quiet and idyllic between the forest and the river Ammerån. There is a smart TV through which you can watch your series as usual (with Netflix or another streaming provider). The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a spacious shower room with a washing machine. 6 people can comfortably fit here.

The farm is of a high standard and has a lovely garden that is open for you to enjoy! For the children, there is a trampoline, playhouse and swings to entertain themselves with. Adjacent to the apartment, there is also a sauna and a large hot tub for up to 12 people that can be used for a fee.
