The place is surrounded by forests, mountains, lakes, ponds, waterfalls and the beautiful Ljusnan that runs through the village. A natural environment where adventure opportunities abound. Close to most things as it is centrally located in Härjedalen. In Hede there is an ICA supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, health center, veterinarian, golf course, camping with heated pool and various shops.

Activities are available outside the door, sledding hill, 3 minutes to the ski slope and to cross-country ski trails and 5-minute walk to après ski/restaurants in Skalpasset.

You have a nice forest behind the property with blueberries and mushrooms, a 3.5 km plowed walking path and a cold dip in the river ten minutes walk away. As well as bike paths. Our cozy cottage in Edsåsen is a comfortable place to stay for two, 35 sqm. You will be staying at the foot of Renfjället. From the plot, you have a view of the mountain landscape. The starting point is perfect for hiking in the mountains around, regardless of the season. You are never far from skiing, alpine skiing, hiking, biking, paddling or fishing. By car, you can get to Undersåker or Edsåsdalen in 5 minutes. Trillevallen in 10 minutes. To Åre it takes 20 minutes and Vålådalen is reached in 30 minutes.
