Holiday rentals with a kayak in Jamtland County

A perfect property to relax, unwind and have a lot of privacy. A unique house in the middle of the nature, 50 meters from the lake - I have not yet been able to experience a similar location during my vacation stays! Kristina is a warm and accommodating host - here we will come back for sure!

We had a wonderful week staying with Frank and Monika. Frank and Monika were extremely helpful, always available and were able to give you really good tips. Thanks to the two of us, we were able to enjoy very special moments. Man notices the two of them that they are passionate about the matter. The space itself fully complies with the pictures. The amenities are simple but very cozy and nothing is missing. Both the house and the area are pure relaxation. The overall package was the best we've experienced on airbnb so far. We will definitely be back!

Cecilia's house was very cozy. We loved especially the terrace outside and the three cats who also lived in the house. Her place was really clean and spacious.

We had a wonderful time here in Brattland! The house is very cozy and the terrace is a nice size. From there you have a magnificent view of the lake! The sauna is fantastic. The view is so magical that we didn't even get to read our book. In the evening we always sat by the campfire directly on the lake. Everything is as Julia has shown in the description or in the photos! The surroundings of Brattland also invite you to take great hikes! Thank you so much for this wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

We had nice visit on house. Everything worked well and was very clean.

We were in Annis house at the end of our trip and felt immediately comfortable. The house is spacious and with its own lake access. The fourth bedroom is in a very sweet cabin right next to the terrace, so no problem. Anni had good tips for Östersund. We would have liked to stay longer.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in the cozy cottage right on the lake. It's nicely embedded in Nordic nature. With a little luck, moose and reindeer can be spotted in the area. With the stove, which can be fired with wood provided free of charge, it remained pleasantly warm. The small fireplace in front of the cottage is great. With the clean boat, which was also provided free of charge, we explored the lake and tried our hand at fishing. From the terrace, we could see the northern lights very well. The place is highly recommended. We would come back. A big thank you to Inger for her helpfulness and for organizing local moose meat and fish.

Inger was warm , simple and clear and you felt welcome one right away. The place if you are looking for water close and cozy cabin, with wood-fired sauna, wood fired stove plus everything that is in a modern kitchen. If you want peace for the soul or fishing, and get to town ( close to Östersund. ) The place gave you the feeling of not wanting to go home, does the next say everything ? // Lasse

We had an amazing Easter holiday break in Marinca's cottage. They welcomed us in the home warmly, suggested local touristic activities. The house is simply beautiful kitchenware was quite complete for anything. There were too much snow at this time of the year, so hottub and sauna were so much fun! They work with wood fire; costing more effort to run but quite enjoying as it gives the old style feeling!

It was a very nice holiday. The house and location are wonderful. Our hosts were just great, nothing left to be desired. We were helped with a problem with our car, as if you had known each other for a long time. I would recommend it, yes, absolutely.

We stayed in the house for 2 weeks, it was great. the house and the garden are beautiful, right on the lake. Many snowmobile trails in the surrounding area. We enjoyed skiing in Idre. We were allowed to borrow ice fishing rods from Frederika, great! We recommend the house to everyone.

We have been going to the hostess Beret for the second year and we were not disappointed at all. The hostess is very hospitable and a very sincere person. We quickly became friends and will definitely come back again.

Truly awesome hiking with trails starting right at the doorstep, a spacious though cozy cabin, a wonderful sauna by the lake and on top of that even a great host (very kind and helpful with trails and information on bears etc.). Highly recommendable!

A very clean and nice place. All there to feel good. Description very accurate. Inger is a very helpful landlord living few hundred meters away but not intrusive and very nice, with direct and clear communication. People with respect of nature and environment will be delighted by the place. In winter don’t miss out ski on lake, ice cold bath in the place dedicated for this purpose. Will be glad to return
