Located on the ground floor of the villa (ground floor of the pool) it is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port, its shops, bars... You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its comfort and its calm with also the sound of the sea!

Une vue splendide face à l'océan, sur toute la partie droite de la baie et l'entrée du chenal. La plage et le remblai à quelques pas ! Pour votre confort, une place de stationnement gratuite vous est réservée durant la saison estivale sur juin/juillet/août. Parking à 10mn à pied du logement. Located in a quiet area, the house allows you to enjoy the beach, the forest and the walking trails, while still being close to the marina and the town centre. In summer, Jard-sur-Mer comes alive with the harbour terraces, entertainment and night markets.

Sea house

Just a 5-minute walk to the town center of Jard-sur-Mer and 10-15 minutes to Boisvinet Beach through the forest, the coastal shelter is ideally located, and accessible to people with reduced mobility. This peaceful, comfortable accommodation is ideal for a relaxing stay for the whole family. We absolutely ♥️ fell in love with the "Maison Mer" cottage. Its location, close to the village and beaches, and nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, won us over. You'll be 5 minutes from the beautiful Boisvinet beach and the port. The house: bright, with modern and tasteful furnishings, all on the ground floor.
