Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Nestled in the heart of Frenchtown NJ, you'll find enchantment hidden in the lush gardens of River Witch Cottage. • Restore yourself in a luxe queen bed • Prep a simple meal in the fully equipped kitchen • Nourish yourself in the charm of an intimate dining area • Recline in cozy comfort beside a beautiful gas fireplace • Rejuvenate in the jets of the jacuzzi tub, soaking under the natural glow of skylights • Morning coffee or evening wine in the tranquil setting of the private outdoor patio

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The Roost, Strawbale Construction

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Studio Over the Creek

Set in a bucolic backdrop, the studio is 1/2 mile from historic Carversville village, which hasn’t changed since the 1800's. Perched high above a gurgling creek, surrounded by woods, we are situated on a secluded tree-lined road that is extremely popular for walkers, runners and bikers. Rock in the motion chair on the deck while sipping coffee; enjoy the peacefulness and spectacular view. The towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Stockton, Lahaska and Doylestown are just a short drive away.

New Complete-Living 2-Bedroom Cottage

March 15th to 27th open, $150/day + $60 cleaning fee. Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Renter must stay for rental duration. Groups age 21 or above. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug). Please provide ALL guest's first names/ages (approximate ok as needed) via message to receive self check-in (even if above 5 people). Infant Crib/Playpen, High Chair, Baby Bath available.

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this private centrally-located adorable just renovated bungalow overlooking the bay & ocean. Sandy Hook pass included. Right by the bridge, you can walk/bike right over to Sandy Hook. Plenty of restaurants, hiking & activities in town. Easy access from the ferry. Watch the sunrise from the court yard, furnished with lounge & dining seating. Perfect for couples, friends, families. Peaceful, well appointed, & comfortable.

Tiny Cottage by Bay Close to Cape May & Wildwood

Welcome to Sea Haven Tiny Cottage. This efficiency style back yard tiny cottage has everything you need for a stop at the shore. Located 5 blocks from the Delaware Bay and 15 min from Cape May. There is a full size bed with comfortable bedding, efficiency style kitchen, and a stylish full bath with a tiled walk in shower. There is seating on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee and an outside dining set, hammock and fire pit. We are pet friendly for an additional fee.
