Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Groups age 21 or above. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug). Please provide ALL guest's first names/ages (approximate ok as needed) via message to receive self check-in (even if above 5 people).

Welcome to Serendipity Knoll! Relax and unwind in this peaceful grove, completely secluded but centrally located near restaurants, shopping, historic sites and tourist activities. Stroll through the gardens, wander by the creek or sit and relax at the pool as you enjoy the surroundings on our beautiful two acre lot. My Airbnb is a detached cottage on my personal property. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with stall shower, and large bedroom with a queen size bed and a single cot. It also offers a full size washer & dryer, full size refrigerator, Ironing board and iron, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and flat screen tv. I also provide all clean sheets and towels. There is NO SMOKING in or on the property!
