Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The traditional villa is beautifully located about 700 meters from the sea on a very beautiful mountain with greenery and beautiful sea views - the outdoor pool is located behind the roof on the hill, thus offering a lot of privacy between jungle and sea, feeling a special feature. All 3 apartments with fitted kitchen, shower room and washing machine - the sun terrace on the 2nd floor has an outdoor kitchen. All the amenities are modern with good beds. Parking is available right in front of the house in the private courtyard.

East wall of Master bedroom is AUTHENTIC 1700 years old wall of Emperor's Diocletian palace :) 3 bedrooms and large living room can accommodate 11 people. There are 2 Bathrooms with Walk in showers. Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.
