The apartment offers 60 square metres of living space and is located in a quiet area. The S-Bahn station S2 Vierkirchen is only 100 metres from the house. There are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a petrol station and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity.

We are renting out a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking space. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 m²) with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a sleeping area. You can use the large garden to relax. You can reach Munich Central Station in about 60 minutes by bus and train (services from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.). The bus runs hourly to Hilgertshausen on weekdays, and only every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
