Charming finca in the mountains near Casares

Original finca, totally renovated with a fantastic view all the way to Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. Enjoy the tranquility or make an excursion to Gibraltar or Europas most southern point Tarifa by the Atlantic coast. Or why not to Marocco-on the African continent. Otherwise is Puerto Banus only 30 minutes drive. Summertime this house is only rented to the guests who rent the big house ("Amazing finca in the mountains of Casares")otherwise it remains closed. Casita Clara is a stylishly renovated house in the beautiful pueblo blanco of Gaucin, an easy drive from Gibraltar or Malaga airports. It has spectacular views down to the Med, the Rock of Gibraltar and Morocco, a light-filled interior and a luxurious feel. The house is a 10-minute walk from a pool (July/August) and two minutes from bars and restaurants. But close the door behind you and it becomes the perfect hideaway for birdwatchers, walkers and anyone wanting to relax in a stunning setting.

The house is located inside a 13th century medieval castle, built by the Arabs of the kingdom of Granada. Located in the heart of the Alcornocales Park and surrounded by great forests and a beautiful lake, you can take walks, kayak routes, horseback riding, etc. and spot animals such as deer and fallow deer in their wild state. By car, you can travel in 30 minutes to Gibraltar and the beaches of Sotogrande or in 40 minutes to Tarifa.

The apartment is completely new, equipped with living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Located in the center 100 meters from the historic center, and next to the best restaurants and shops in Ronda. It has unbeatable views of the New Bridge, a lot of brightness and is equipped with all the amenities to make a pleasant stay. There is a public car park 200 meters away, although it is advisable to walk around the city.
