The listing is as described. It's a quiet place with everything you need to unwind a few days with the family. The owner responds the messages almost instantly and is very friendly. Highly recommended. The interior of the house, except for one room and the kitchen, has quite powerful air conditioning. The room that doesn't have air has a ceiling fan. The outdoor area has a garden with fruit trees, a huge kitchen in front of the pool, and space for parking cars. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is just as described, quiet and very welcoming. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we need. It is very well located , very close to everything. 5 minutes from Downtown. It is very close to a bar to be able to dinner that I recommend 100% La Calancha. And a little higher up for breakfast a churrería where they also put some very good toast. Antonio Jesús was always attentive to any questions and responded quickly. The last day also gave us flexibility to go out after lunch, a lot of detail!!! Wishing to return to Úbeda to repeat.

Very clean and well located apartment. We can leave the car on site and go to the center in 10-15 minutes. Ana was very responsive, and her son Vincente was very welcoming. Thanks both of you

The place was very well located, close to the downtown area. The apartment was spotless and just as in the photos and as described. The little time we spent on it, it felt right at home. Paqui was always attentive to our needs.
