In the fireplace room you will find a refrigerator, a water point, a microwave, a water and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed from the sofa bed in the fireplace room (80+80). I'm sure you'll enjoy this apartment for a longer period of time. Completed in July 2023, the 62-square-foot triangle is located in Joensuu's screenshot area, which is a short walk to both the university and downtown services. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the elevator house. Amenities include a glazed balcony, a living room electric fireplace and fan lamp, a 55-inch smart TV, internet, and a washing machine. For the smaller ones in the family, there's a travel crib, potty, and toys.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. For those interested, the arboretum is happy to be presented during the visit. The house crowd includes two lapin reindeer dogs, a cat, a rooster, and 9 hens. Breakfast on-demand

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.
