Hello!Naoe Tsutomari-so is an apartment-type accommodation offering one- to two-room private rentals. As the entire second floor is reserved for you, you can enjoy a private space. Naoetsu Station is a 5-minute walk and has good access to public transportation! There is a shopping street in front of Naoetsu Station nearby, and there are many restaurants. It is a 5-minute drive to Naoetsu Beach, a 3-minute drive to Joetsu City Aquarium Museum, and a 3-minute drive, making it an easy location for sightseeing as well as sea activities, so you can fully enjoy the city of Naoetsu! There are also plenty of supermarkets, commercial facilities, and convenience stores within a 10-minute walk, so you don't have to worry about shopping. Access to the bypass and main roads is also good, making it a good location for business trips and work. There is a free car park behind the inn. (Large vehicles may not be parked here)

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

There are Japanese-style rooms, Western-style rooms, and a dining room for couples, families, and groups. There is a kitchen, so of course you can cook for yourself. You rent the entire building, so you don't have to worry about sharing it with others. The house only has a shower, but there is a hot spring nearby. (7-minute walk) Ideal for the currently popular workcation. Combined with the adjacent Ume House, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

We renovated a riverside villa in the forest of Karuizawa. The grounds of this great location are about 2,500 ㎡! Feel the extraordinary atmosphere with a large sofa and fireplace in the living room, a large yard and outdoor dining. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a JAXSON jet bath, a large sauna for 4 people that can be used at the same time, and a rain shower in the bath. Please note that in a natural environment, insects may occur indoors during your stay, as we are renovating an old villa. If you have an excessive allergy to insects, please refrain from booking.
