This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time directly in front of the house on the roundabout. The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.
