All very comfortable, clean, impeccable bedding, clean kitchen, clean bathroom, all new, clean cabinets, kitchen utensils good for use, has everything you need in the kitchen. A very charming, cozy, quiet apartment.

Great apartment very well equipped and all in great condition. Perfect air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The excellent balcony closure enlarges the room space. Building in a great location with garage and housekeeper working from Monday to Saturday. Special highlight for the maid Simone Regina who served us with great sympathy. My only repair refers to the bed: small (standard couple) and with an uncomfortable mattress. An apartment of this category would be perfect with a queen size bed. In addition, everything is great.

A fantastic place to stay in Santos. Easy to get onto the beautiful beach and perfect for local food and supplies when needed. Josy was amazing, attentive and so friendly. Would definitely recommend her apartment
