Charming house in Tours, 2 steps from the banks of the Loire, 5 minutes from the center, 2 minutes from the highway, 5 minutes from the airport, easy access. It will allow you to enjoy the city while being in the countryside because the 1000 m2 garden is very landscaped and flowery during the beautiful seasons. The house is very nice, of reasonable size, it can accommodate 5 people with its two independent bedrooms, as well as its two shower rooms. Wifi is not possible but the network is ok.

Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

A functional, cosy studio overlooking the courtyard, ensuring you have peaceful nights. The apartment has fiber optic. Monthly reservations are possible. It can accommodate two people thanks to the pull-out bed (180 cm × 200 cm). Nearby there is free parking (about 100 m), shops, the Grammont park, and the famous Place Plumereau, 35 minutes by public transport/15 minutes by car.
