"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

The art deco gîte of Villa Bleue for 2 people

In the Indre valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet and bucolic hamlet by the river, small cottage for 2 people with independent entrance on the ground floor of our Art Deco villa (we live above), with terrace and garden + heated pool from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner with time slots) + TV in the living room/bedroom with Netflix access included. PS: this furnished accommodation is not specifically equipped to accommodate people with disabilities

Nice outbuilding, located on our property, with its pleasant exterior, large terrace and heated pool, outdoor shower, cozy pergola corner. Independent access, parking in the enclosed courtyard. Master suite for a couple, a sofa bed can accommodate one or two children, a baby cot is also available. Sofa reserved for children up to 17 years old

Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Between Tours and Amboise, the Bigauderie is the old farm of the Château de la Bourdaisière, its closest neighbor. This old renovated building will allow you to stay in a region steeped in history and Touraine gastronomy. Close to the most beautiful Châteaux de la Loire (Chenonceau, Amboise, Chaumont, Villandry, Chambord, Langeais, Azay...) and in the heart of the Montlouis & Vouvray wine region. The Loire and Cher bike paths are nearby.

La Petite Bret Guest House

Historic center of Tours nearby (25-minute walk or 5-minute tram ride) No extra cleaning fee. We trust our guests to respect the premises and leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Non-smoking accommodation, ashtray available in the garden.

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace without overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bath towels. You're in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
