La Moire welcomes you all year round to an exclusive property, whether by the pool or by the fire, in complete tranquillity. It is very well located, in Bréhémont, a village on the banks of the Loire, 9 km from Azay-le-Rideau, and 7 km from Villandry, Langeais and the magnificent châteaux of the Loire Valley. The house comprises 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, and a heated above-ground swimming pool from May to October, depending on the weather and night-time temperatures. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

In the Indre Valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet, idyllic riverside hamlet, a small gîte for 2 people with a separate entrance on the ground floor of our Art Deco villa (we live upstairs), featuring a terrace and garden, plus access to the swimming pool from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner on a timeshare basis), and a TV in the living room/bedroom with Netflix access. Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
