Cette ancienne bâtisse rénovée vous permettra de séjourner dans une région imprégnée par l'histoire et la gastronomie tourangelle. A proximité des plus beaux Châteaux de la Loire (Chenonceau, Amboise, Chaumont, Villandry, Chambord, Langeais, Azay...) et au coeur du terroir viticole Montlouis & Vouvray. Les pistes cyclables de la Loire et du Cher à vélo sont toutes proches.

"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a small child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation, easy to access 20 minutes south of Tours in the heart of our beautiful region. Pretty outbuilding, located on our property, with its pleasant exterior, large terrace and heated pool, outdoor shower, cozy pergola area. Independent access, parking in the enclosed courtyard.
