Ferien auf einer Finca in der EiFEL geht nicht?! Doch, wir machen es möglich! Wir haben uns unseren Traum auf einer eigenen Finca zu leben schon vor 18 Jahren erfüllt. Nach einiger Zeit kam dann noch unsere Tiny-Finca hinzu. Sie ist mit viel Liebe und Kreativität verwirklicht worden. Mit einer Fläche von nur ca. 30qm hat sie trotzdem vieles zu bieten: einzigartige Küche, gemütliche Sitzecke mit Esstisch, Hochbett mit 2 Einzelschlafplätzen, TV, WLAN, WC, Dusche und Abstellraum, 2 Terrassen.

Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce superbe appartement NEUF de 70m2 de surface habitable comprenant 30m2 de terrasses en rez de jardin et 2 parkings privatifs. Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Suitable for 8 people. 10 min. from Dreiländer Ecke (Du-Lux-Be), Liège, Trier 60 minutes drive. In winter skiing at the Schwartzer Mann just 20 minutes by car.

Small Eifel bakery with sauna

Old, rustic bakehouse in the heart of the Eifel, near the Luxembourg border. Beautifully furnished with a mix of modern and rustic touches. The old bread oven is a real centerpiece. On the spacious courtyard with ample parking, you can charge your electric car for free. 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 single bed (80 cm). The bakehouse accommodates up to four guests. The large entrance area features the impressive old bread oven – a true highlight.

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

The apartment has an area of approx. 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Children's bed and highchair may be available upon request. The terrace at the rear is part of the apartment. Covered sitting area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children are also welcome to play in the garden.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

The 50 m² castle room in the old half-timbered house is perfect for families of four and friendly couples. It has two separate bedrooms, a living room and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our castle room on the first floor is ideal for guests who do not want to climb stairs. Three large windows offer beautiful views of the idyllic old town of Monschau.
