Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

The cottage has its own small fenced garden among the fields and countryside of Mégrit. Bordering the small village of character "Jugon Les Lacs", it promises you a total change of scenery. Enjoy unforgettable memories and holidays.

Ideal for a quiet stay and outdoor activities: cycling, hiking, water activities (forest in the immediate vicinity, lake). Namely: The owners live in the adjoining house but you will have all your privacy. A plot of garden (not adjoining the house, 50 m lower) is entirely dedicated to you.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
