Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Halfway between Mont St Michel and the Loire Valley castles! On a hiking trail, you will be comfortably housed in the quiet of the countryside and in complete independence. You will have at your disposal a nice living room with 1 sofa and 1 table, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. You will have a private terrace facing the pastures. Alone, as a couple, with your children or a couple of friends, we will be happy to welcome you and offer you a breakfast with our homemade products.

Welcome to this completely independent part of our former private mansion, a short walk from the SNCF train station In this pretty home: - a living room with kitchen area of 30 m² bathed in light including a living area with sofa bed for daily use (140 x 195) - a 15 m² bedroom with shower and queen size bed (160 x 200). - a separate toilet - a small terrace on the living room side and a large terrace on the bedroom side of more than 50 m² overlooking the countryside.

Possibility to have a barbecue but you'll have to bring what you need (charcoal, matches, papers...). classic coffee maker, the filter is already in it. Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.

We offer you a quiet and pleasant, independent and recently restored accommodation, within our farm. You will have a living room with a 90 bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and a large mezzanine-bedroom (1 bed 140 1 bed 90 cm). The accommodation is located in the courtyard of our manor, rebuilt at the end of the 16th century. Guests can enjoy our swimming pool (between May and September).
