This bright apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette, a large dining table and a cosy sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space, meaning that up to four people can be accommodated. Restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach are all within easy walking distance.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

The modern house with 9 individual apartments, clinkered with high-quality materials, has existed since 1992 and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Juist sandy beach. Bakery, supermarket and various other shops are also just a few 100 meters away. The walk to the harbor is also only 10 to 15 minutes.
