The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

Central & cozy attic apartment with sea view balcony

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurf school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Restaurants, shops and a lovely golf course are just a few minutes' walk away. At present, our guests are required to clean the holiday apartment themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for the holiday apartment is waived and only the €45 cleaning fee for bed linen and towels is charged under 'Bed linen fee' (information under 'Additional rules').

House with heart. It is located in the district of Minsen, about 5 km from Schillig and Horumersiel. 100 m² of living space, 1000 m² fenced garden, walking distance to the sea about 1000 m. Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Jaap's Juist Island apartment with beach chair

This special apartment inspires with its fantastic location – just a dune away from the beach. You can walk to the village center with shops, cozy cafes and cinema in a few minutes. Tennis court and goldfish pond are also close by. A bike trip to the domain Bill with the legendary raisin mares is just part of Juist. Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
