This bright apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette, a large dining table and a cosy sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space, meaning that up to four people can be accommodated. Restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach are all within easy walking distance.

The sky above the moor glows in the warm evening light, while the campfire crackles softly. Right by the Ewiges Meer nature reserve lies a cosy tiny house – reduced to what really matters and just right for a break. During the day, hiking trails and a refreshing swimming lake beckon, while in the evening, a fire, tranquillity and a clear starry sky await. And in the morning? The chickens greet you. That's how uncomplicated and beautiful a holiday in our tiny house can be.

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

The location is perfect to explore Friesland /East Frisia/islands.
