We are currently operating with a limited maximum number of guests. Cleaning and disinfection are carried out by a cleaning company ○ Well-developed surroundings Supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants are concentrated in a compact area around Nishi-Kujo Station, which has a real downtown feel. ○ Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for the number of guests. There is a separate charge for towel changes and cleaning during consecutive nights. Please contact us the day before. We will provide bread and bananas on the day of check-in for guests who wish to have them. If you would like any other food or daily necessities, please feel free to let us know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you. ○ We do not allow drinking gatherings or parties.

The first floor is the living room and the second floor is the bedroom.Size: 108.5 ㎡ (the first floor is 85 ㎡, the second floor is 23.5 ㎡) If you need more than one bedroom, there are 2 Japanese-style rooms of 10 tatami mats (separate entrance, toilet, and rim side) in the back, so you can use a total of 3 bedrooms.Please let us know at the time of booking.A total space of 160 ㎡ is available for an additional 51.5 ㎡. For breakfast, although simple, we provide some eggs from coffee, bread, butter and oniva farm. Please use the large kitchen and spacious living room. ✳We charge a separate fee for using facilities such as dining for people other than guests, meetings, workshops, events, shoots, etc.Please contact us.

Hi there,Welcome to the Nishimura Residence.I’m Yuta Sugimoto, the host. The Nishimura Residence is a traditional Nara machiya townhouse over 110 years old.In 2019, I renovated ‘Grandma’s house’, where I spent a lot of time as a child, and opened it as an inn.As the Nara machiya has been preserved in its original state, it has many inconveniences and is not a luxurious hotel where everything is provided. 　Instead, I believe there is no better place than Naramachi to soak up the ‘comfortable rusticity’ that permeates the town.In the hope of helping guests ‘reflect and recover’ in an environment away from the hustle and bustle of the station area, we provide books in the room and a vegetarian breakfast.(Almost all of the books in the room are available for purchase.) 　Please spend this evening in the tranquil surroundings of the Nishimura residence and Naramachi, listening to the voice of your own heart.
