Holiday rentals with a sauna in Kansai

Muy agradable y cómodo. bastante amplio en comparación con espacios que ofrecen en Osaka, tenía un sauna que no pude disfrutar pero me pareció increíble que estuviera. también una lavadora que ayuda mucho cuando haces viajes largos. el lugar está cerca de una estación de metro

Pristine and comfortable apartment. Super close to shinsabashi and dotonbori whilst being quiet. Only thing i’d recommend is english instructions for the washing machine and shower/bath but that alone is no problem and with google translate we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing stay, although an extra cost the sauna is a must !! Everything is so clean, would definitely recommend.

Un appartement très confortable, très bien équipé. Très calme , à proximité des commerces, du métro, une propriétaire a l’écoute , disponible, très agréable sans jamais déranger ses invités . Idéal pour découvrir Osaka de jour comme de nuit . Je le recommande

일본에서 이용하는 첫 에어비앤비였는데 지하철역에서 도보이동도 쉬웠고 위치도 좋았습니다. 숙소도 매우 청결하고 사진과 같았습니다. 체크인할 때 어려운 부분이 있어 호스트분께 연락했는데 빠른 응답을 통해 해결했습니다! 1박만 하는게 아쉬울정도로 너무 만족했습니다. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶습니다 .

Stayed as a family and plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 child. Right next to the subway station and local amenities. Authentic feel.

Great stay, Yui is a fantastic host. Easy to get in and find we enjoyed our stay it was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed all the amenities. About 13-15mins walk to dotonbori and all the attractions. 6min walk to closest train station. Thank you we would highly recommend and definitely come back.

Le logement est idéal pour 2, lumineux et très bien situé pour circuler à Osaka et ses alentours. Le sauna fonctionnait bien et est idéal pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Le balcon est un plus. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'immeuble et du quartier. Rajouter des tasses, couverts et des crochets/ patères pourrait rendre l'appartement plus fonctionnel mais sinon tout était très bien. Hôte non rencontrée mais très réactive et sympathique! Merci :)

We really enjoyed staying here! Our hosts were fantastic and very responsive, and offered to come and show us a few things around the house. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Spacious house, great for our group of 4 adults. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets and ultra comfortable futons. Claire, our house angel met us at check in and was very friendly & informative, complimenting the excellent communication leading up to our arrival. Good food shops close by - supermarket, bakery etc. The house is in a brilliant location - a quiet peaceful area, but only a 10 minute to the metro, restaurants, bars etc. Would highly recommend if visiting Kyoto.

愛犬を連れての初めての家族旅行に利用させていただきました。 予約直後から、丁寧なやりとりをしていただき、非常に安心感がありました。広々としたドッグランにバーベキュー、プライペートサウナと家族みんなが満足できる空間で、すごく良かったです。細やかなお心遣い、ありがとうございました！

Shin and Emi are very nice and friendly, as they gave us advice about transportation, to-dos etc. months before our stay, also collect our preferences (meal options, sauna, art performance etc.) days before. About the house, it is everything we wish for and beyond, neat and tidy, traditional Japanese style (we slept on the tatami like babies), and retro but beautiful interior design. Would definitely recommend for group of 2-3 people! Last but not least, their art performance transcends our understanding of live cinema, also learnt a lot about history and environment, would also recommend!

Loved the convenience of this Airbnb location. We appreciated how responsive Tatsu was and how flexible he was in allowing our group to check-in early. We also enjoyed the entirety of the home, especially the hot tub and sauna. We felt completely safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed seeing kids playing in the nearby park.

Our stay at Yamashita’s beautiful 100-year-old Japanese villa in Kyoto was the perfect way to end our 2 week vacation in Japan. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our group of 12. It has everything you need and more. It has a serene garden, jacuzzi, and sauna—the kids especially loved the jacuzzi! Yamashita is an EXCEPTIONAL host—very warm, helpful, and accommodating. She drove us to supermarkets and places we wanted to go and even picked us up for a small fee. She prepared simple yet delicious breakfasts. She was quick to respond to messages and even guided us on using local buses. Though the house is a bit far from the touristy areas, the peace and quiet of Yamashita’s home made it the perfect retreat. It offered a more authentic and relaxing experience of Japan. I highly recommend Yamashita’s villa to anyone looking for comfort, culture, and outstanding hospitality. And to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay in a traditional Japanese home.

Heel comfortabel en schoon huis in een rustig straatje achter een doorgaande weg met meerdere convenience stores en restaurantjes, en binnen 10 minuten van een treinstation op de Osaka Loop Line. Vanaf hier ca 30 minuten met de trein naar hartje centrum. Prima bedden en airco, en onze host reageerde bijzonder snel. Het huis was makkelijk te vinden door duidelijke instructies incl foto's door de host. Echt een aanrader in Osaka!
