You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

The conversations by the fire invite you to reflect and the children lose themselves in their fantastic worlds around the witch's house.

You are away from the hustle and bustle, but still quickly in the village to get fresh rolls, etc. Great starting point for smaller hikes and about 5 minutes from the Alpsee. In winter when there is snow, you cannot drive to the hut. Then you have to walk about 10 minutes. Luggage transport is possible by arrangement. Heating is with wood, in the bathroom there is a small electric fan heater.
