Our new cottage is connected to the building that is already on this plot (Apartments with mountain views in Marczyce, max. number of guests 9, area 100 sq m, ground floor, first floor, attic. Downstairs: a hallway, living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom 1 - two single beds, sitting area, 8.5 sq meters balcony. Bedroom 2 - one double bed, from the bedroom entrance to the room - office or children's bedroom. Attic: 2 single beds, a seating area. The plot area is 1.5 ha.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, the birdsong, the starry sky, resting in a place where time flows slower, and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Close to hiking trails and great cycling routes :) Wi-Fi on site, high-speed fiber optic Internet :) I highly recommend it!

The expansive area of a forest park with old apple trees and comfortable home furnishings with a sauna, fireplace, billiards, and hot tubs allow for wonderful relaxation and an intimate rest away from the crowds. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
