Undoubtedly, the view of the entire basin is the main advantage of our property. At any time of year and time of day, it's always beautiful here! With us, the proximity of nature can be felt at every step - direct access to the hiking trail and birds singing can relax and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". Two bicycles are available to our guests, which definitely broaden the possibilities of exploring the area and moving around the city faster. The greenery and garden, where you can drink your morning coffee, complete the atmosphere of the place

Popielato - a house with a hot tub and fireplace

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m2) with whirlpool for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and hot tub that is directly accessible from the large terrace. The firewood is at your disposal for free.

Between the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains...

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Close to hiking trails and great cycling routes :) Wi-Fi on site, high-speed fiber optic Internet :) I highly recommend it!
