Zum KIT Nord Campus kommst du in 10 Minuten mit einem unserer Fahrräder oder in 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Consisting of a living room dining room with TV, a double bedroom and a large room with 4 single beds, and a sofa bed and TV Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher. River view and private terrace with outdoor furniture. 1/2 day access to a private wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam), is included with the stay, (extension possible depending on availability)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. From here you can take great trips to Strasbourg (30 min. by bike and 15 min. by car). In addition, the Black Forest and the Vosges are close by for hiking. Swimming (2 min.) locally at beautiful natural lakes is available. A visit to Europa-Park Rust is also possible in about 35 minutes. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Baden-Baden (30 minutes by car) and Freiburg attract visitors with their highlights.

By car, it is 5 minutes to the highway and 10 minutes to the city center. 5 minutes walk to the city railway, 10 minutes via a footpath to Edeka or Lidl. There is a swimming lake on the outskirts, beautiful hiking trails. Restaurants nearby.

Charming living with lake view

We extensively renovated our apartment (and the entire building) in 2017. It is located on the first floor and has a size of about 55 square meters. The terrace is south facing, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern style.
