Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kato Paphos

I enjoyed our month stay. I was a little worried about the location but was an easy walk to places. The younger members of our family decided they liked old town Paphos, especially to eat, so this was perfect as also easy to walk to. (We drove mainly.) Parking was easy. The gentleman who attended to the pool was quick and proficient. The pool was small, perfect for children, even the big children had fun. I would recommend this place to families.

We had a great experience. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful. George is a very helpful and friendly host! Looking forward to returning one day.

We had a comfortable stay in Desi's house. It is spacious and cozy and was a good fit for our family. Desi was responsive and offered great tips when I bugged her with my questions ; ) I'm also thankful for her flexiblity with the checkout time. We definitely recommend others to be her guests!

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

Townhouse was superb and a real home from home. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and pristine. Possible recommendations would be a welcome folder with apartment instructions and base for patio parasol. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in an immaculate apartment and would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Had a great stay at Rimas place, great location within walking distance from the mall, zorbas and papantonui bakeries. Very clean house and very friendly host, will definitely be frequenting star house!

Staying at Marinos house was such a unique experience. The house is well equipped, including all the kids items you need. It is so peaceful and comfortable and so special to stay in a cypriotic traditional house with so much comfort. Marinos was extremly friendly, always available and helpful. We loved our stay and would definetly come back.

We stayed with our five year old daughter in this beautiful apartment. The whole complex is very tasteful, and the furnishings of the apartment leave nothing to be desired. We also particularly appreciated the musical instruments. Elad and Sinai were also very accommodating with the check out - since my partner was sick, we were allowed to check out a little later. It is a very calm facility, we were the only ones by the pool, we didn't hear much from the neighbors. All in all, we were really excited and can recommend this place.

George is a great host. The apartment is on the first floor, easy to get straight to the pool. Thats very good for the kids. Pools are great. The apartment has everything you need, instructions are clear. There is a patio to chill and relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Iulia and Catalin's apartment. They were extremely responsive to all of our messages. The apartment was extremely clean and very well maintained. The entrance to the apartment block is not the most aesthetically pleasing, but once inside the apartment is homely. We visited in April and the weather was very cold in the evening. The apartment was cold in the evening but there is heating using the air conditioning unit. The apartment is very close to a mall, the harbour and a supermarket. As other reviewers have said, the main road outside the apartment can be a bit noisy in the evenings, but apart from that it was a very peaceful location. We would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a central base from which to travel around Cyprus from.

Jen’s apartment is one of the best we have had with AirBnB. The location is excellent, with a Lidl supermarket on site for basic groceries; a bus stop on the road outside; and a great sea view from the large terrace. It is very comfortably furnished: two plump sofas; mattresses which are firm and very supportive; showers were hot and with good pressure; and the kitchen has everything you could desire to prepare meals and even a small teapot with an internal strainer and a bag of English Breakfast tea. Jen organised a very helpful taxi-driver from the airport for us and on checkout her son came and took our luggage to store as we had a late afternoon plane. There is also a comprehensive bookshelf of best-selling authors. My one quibble was that there was no shade on the terrace after mid-afternoon and the small and rather elderly umbrella was totally inadequate. Perhaps time to invest in a new one? Apart from that I would unhesitatingly recommend to friends and hope to return ourselves.

Fantastic experience at Andreas's place! She gave me all the information impeccably, allowing me to check in easily during the night. The apartment is large and with all the comforts! Also, although it is in the center and within walking distance of the harbor, the area is very quiet. Andreas is a very helpful person for anything about the house and for local recommendations. The apartment was clean, with towels suitable for the number of guests and clean sheets. 100% value for money! If I go back to Paphos, I'll have no doubt about where to stay! Thanks Andreas ☺️

The best way I can describe the place is "goldilocks zone." I had been through several stays over the last 4 months in Greece and Cyprus and there was always a compromise. Martin and Olga's was just right. Nothing lacking. Very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and furnished. The apartment is quiet and well-lit. Bed and seating comfortable and stylish. Communications and help was always quick and friendly. Above and beyond expectations!

Very nice modern furnished and spacious apartment. Everything you need. Service as in the hotel with cleaning 2x per week and pool towels as well as bathrobes and slippers. Communication with the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Absolute recommendation! We will be happy to come back to Paphos.

This property is in a fantastic complex with 4 swimming pools and a well equipped gym. The apartment has all the amenities that you need, and a large balcony with plenty of seating. A short distance from the airport, taxi from the airport to the apartment is €50 but it’s only about a 20 minute journey, when you exit the airport there is a bus stop right in front of you and every hour there is a service (612) that takes you to about a 5 minutes walk from the apartment , get on and off this service outside “the Curry house” restaurant and it’s only €2 per journey per person. We found a local taxi driver that would take us from that apartment complex to most nearby destination for €10 his name is Pampos taxi. The apartment is easy to keep clean and mops , buckets brooms etc are provided. Perfect for long term stays, (we had 6 weeks 23rs sept - 8th November) and the weather is still really hot and the sea temperature was 27degrees.Will definitely be back . Thanks Lyndsey

We had a very nice stay in Paphos. The apartment made us feel we have a home away from home. Andres was responsive and always there to assist. The area is residential and quiet, a short drive needed for any activity out of home.

Fab stay. Simple and just what I needed, both the host, demetris and his wife were lovely and very responsive. Nothing was too much, the place was clean and very secure. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Paphos! Very convinient to everything neer by. Supermarkets, mall, sightseeings, church, restaurants, and much more. The 2 pools are great for swimming and parking is easy to find. We enjoy our stay and hope to return soon!

We spent a lovely week at Alinas place in Paphos. The apartment was in a lovely quiet complex yet right in the centre of Kato Paphos, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. They seem to have thought of everything to make our stay a success. Any question we had re restaurants, places to go etc was answered promptly. Check in and out was easy and cleverly done. We cannot recommend Alinas place highly enough. They could teach hosts how to run an Airbnb business.

Clean, well described apartment. Had everything you need in a quiet, peaceful location. Pool area is gorgeous.

Everything was easy, communication was great. A lovely quiet spot and great little beaches nearby.
