The building, which is a renovated old-fashioned house, is 132㎡ 4LDK, and you can see the sea from each bedroom on the 2nd floor. About 1 hour and half from Tokyo, about 10 minutes by car from Ichinomiya and Higashinami, famous as a surfing spot. It's a great area to enjoy the weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The local beach is a 2-minute walk away. Beautiful sandy beach right in front of you! There is a town pool right next door. You can spread a vinyl pool in the garden or parking lot! (I did when I was little!) 10-minute walk from the station. Both supermarkets and convenience stores are conveniently located a 7-minute walk away. BBQ BBQ grills, tables and chairs are available for free. Please bring your own charcoal, grill, ingredients, and condiments. BBQ is allowed until 8 pm. Please be considerate of the neighbors. - Large screen We have installed a 100-inch screen. It also serves as a television. You can watch Hikari TV and Amazon Prime Video. The Konami Beach is right in front of you, so please remove any sand before entering the room. You can use the wood-burning fireplace from November to February of the following year.
