Welcome to Tona, a private rental accommodation with a panoramic view of Katsuura! We have renovated a luxury villa that is nearly 40 years old. Great location and great views. It's a spacious house, the kind you'd want to live in yourself. It is a 5-minute walk from Katsuura station to the accommodation. 3-minute drive to the sea and supermarket. Convenient store and shopping district are also within walking distance. Located on a hill in the port town, with refreshing breezes from the sea blowing through the living room. Super spacious, about 60 square meters, with kitchen, dining room, living room, and sun room all connected. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. One of the highlights is the large bath. Baths with a view of the sea and the city are hard to come by, aren't they? Enjoy the feeling of being in the air. It is also recommended to go up to the rooftop and spend a luxurious time looking at the stars. Each bedroom is at least 7.5 tatami (13.5 m2), so you can relax. This is a simple, one-of-a-kind inn with a hint of the Showa era.From the second person, it is 4,500 yen.Feel free to use it with friends or on your own.There are dogs and cats on the☆ premises, so unfortunately it is difficult for people who are not good with animals to use it. From ☆the parking lot, walk 2 minutes along a narrow path that cars cannot pass, and there are slopes and stairs.(There are two sets of three steps) The ☆back is a forest, so we clean it carefully, but unfortunately, it is difficult for people who don't like insects to stay. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance of the☆ accommodation.We recommend checking in after you have finished shopping. This house is an old Japanese traditional house built in 1948. We renovated inside so it is very clean and comfortable. I am an artist There is a kitchen and living area at the1st floor and you can see the little Japanese garden from it. The 2nd floor is an also traditional tatami room and sleep with Japanese style of bed (FUTON) so you will have real Japanese life style at our place.
