Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen and directly on a walking and cycling path. It is located in a half-timbered house with views of the collegiate church and the Kaufunger Wald. The tram to Kassel takes about 10 minutes. The apartment is well suited for a family of 4, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster). Pets are welcome by arrangement and cost 1x 10 euros more.

Arrive and feel at home..... We would be delighted to welcome you as our guest in our bright, 85m² holiday apartment on the upper floor of our house. Situated right by the Kaufungen Forest and with excellent connections to the Documenta City of Kassel, from here you can access all the hiking and cycling routes around Kaufungen and the surrounding area. In the evening, you can enjoy the magnificent sunset on the balcony, accompanied by a fantastic view of the natural surroundings.

Studio am See

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if required. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

The loft is divided into a spacious living room, consisting of a cozy couch, TV area, a large room with open kitchen and a cozy separate sleeping area. Another highlight is the luxury bathroom. The city center is within a 1-minute walk. Despite its central location, it is very quiet, with panoramic views over Kassel. Train/bus connections right outside the door

Rural living in the countryside, ideal for active people

Stylish historic half-timbered courtyard, combined with modern interior design and the latest technology. Hiking riders are welcome. The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

Ferienwohnung Reinemund

Our small apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Kaufungen. From the living room and bedroom  you have a good view of the Kassel landmark, the Hercules.  The apartment consists of a bedroom with two single beds and TV. The adjoining room has a well-equipped kitchenette including microwave and small oven. There is a TV, couch, dining area and a bed here. There is a possibility to set up a 4th bed.

Beautiful apartment with big rooftop

Our "Bauhaus" is located in the documenta city centre - all museums are in the immediate vicinity - bus and tram are 7 + minutes away - and Karlsaue Park is also within walking distance (fantastic for joggers!). From the large terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and the city's landmark - the Hercules - our World Heritage Site!

The apartment is located on the ground floor in an absolutely quiet residential area and offers enough space for 4 people. It has a living area of 65 square meters plus a 25 square meter terrace for exclusive use, which is accessible from the spacious living/dining area. A restaurant and the nearest tram stop are a 5-minute walk away.
