Monthly Rentals in Kawawaymog Lake

Had a lovely time at the Bluedoor Inn! The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood and has the necessities of home as well as some of the luxuries one would see at an inn - all of which made for a relaxing stay. I was able to cook with ease, enjoy the hot tub and explore the charms of South River while I was there. Ronald and Irene are very considerate hosts and are always thinking one step ahead. I would be happy to stay there again anytime I return to the area!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right from the start. They even greeted us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. We especially loved the flexible check-in and check-out times, which made our trip so much more relaxed and stress-free. The highlight was definitely the huge backyard facing the lake — absolutely stunning views, especially during sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. Overall, a great stay with a great host. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway.

Andrew was such an amazing host! When we arrived at his cozy comfortable cabin, we were welcomed with a fire in the wood stove! It was a little chilly so having a fire started for us demonstrated Andrew’s kindness & thoughtfulness. There was firewood ready too, when we needed it. His cabin was exactly how we pictured it from the photos and description. Being there away from everyone and noise was heaven. The cabin has everything you would require! I was impressed with the fridge, stove and kettle- We are used to a bare cabin, so Andrew’s cabin is luxury. The outhouse was very clean! The beautiful creek had copious cold and clear water running and I loved boiling the water… that was a great experience. Andrew was also so kind in having some water ready for us so that we didn’t have to haul! Thank you Andrew!! He provided us lots of information about the history of his land and the cabin. We all loved walking on his property especially our doggies! We felt rejuvenated! We will be back!
