Lani is a great host. He picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the property. The place matches the description and is very comfortable for 3 people. Lani proactively gave us plenty of recommendations and even offered to arrange local tours. There is no beach access as such, the water has retreated, the place is close to the airport and only about 15 mins drive to the central areas. It’s great value for money and we had a very pleasant stay.

The host, Esther, is very responsive and gives good recommendations on food to try around the area. She even had a welcome snack for us in case we were hungry after long hours of driving to Penang! Checking in was easy as it's done via an easily accessible locked mailbox. However, before driving into the carpark for the first time, someone has to collect the carpark payment card if you do not have your own TnG card. The suite is very clean, even in hard-to-reach corners. Many household needs are covered too, including a TV, washing machine (washing powder and softener included), clothes dryer, many hangers, enough utensils for 5+ people, dish-cleaning soap etc. Great location - connected to a mall that includes a supermarket with everything needed. Another new mall across the overhead bridge too. Food choices nearby were good, a lot of restaurants and an open-air food center selling delicious authentic local food. Fully recommend to anyone who is staying in Penang for a while!

Place had a great view of the Penang Bridge. Host is also quick to respond via WA to any quires we had plus sending items that were needed like extra hangers and towels etc. The furnishings are a little dated but still a comfortable enough stay. There is breakfast provided that you can also request to be sent to your apt. Queensbay Mall is also a 5mins+ car ride away which is nice. Checking in and out was easy - do note there is a deposit that you need to place which you can get back after checking out.

Great place with beautiful view

We had a great stay! The place looks just like the photos—well-equipped, cozy, and comfortable. The massage chair was a fantastic touch! If you’re a light sleeper, you might notice some noise from the nearby road at night. However, the host was incredibly accommodating and offered us another bedroom, which made a big difference. They also helped us cover the kitchen window with a curtain to block out light from outside, which we truly appreciated. The building’s amenities are excellent, with a beautiful infinity pool, a well-equipped gym, and a shared sauna. Overall, a great experience with a thoughtful host!

I wish I stayed longer at this Airbnb. It was exactly as described. It is a brand new building and operation. The gym and infinity pool are on the 42nd floor with an amazing view with airplanes passing in the horizon. The host was very responsive and helpful. Since it’s a new operation, the security had some delays with check in, but it was quickly resolved. I will definitely stay at this location when I visit Penang next time.

入住此间民宿真的是一次意外之喜！民宿位置方便，离机场车程十分钟左右。我苦于在机场附近找不到评价好的住宿才选择此间民宿，整体住宿体验很满意。房间干净温馨，配套用品齐全，可以看出房东是很用心地经营着此间民宿。最最关键的是，房东超级热情，并乐于助人，不但主动给我们提供住宿周边美食信息，还在我们旅行过程中遇到小困难的时候积极热情地提供帮助，这对于身在旅途的我们深感温馨。

I came to Penang for IVF plan. Hormonal injections sometimes bring the mood down. I’m so glad that I found this place. At least this house could gave me comfort. The house is clean and the amenities are so complete (this is very important). The view from the house is beautiful. The location is easy to find. Lots of stores nearby that could fulfill your needs. The hosts gave us clear instructions to check in/check out and very very fast response. I wish I could stay along the IVF plan, sadly someone have booked the house in the middle of my stay.. 😢 See you again… I’ll be back soon..☺️☺️

We as a family staying at Albert's place for a month and we enjoyed it! The condo does fit to the description, and we must mention that the view is just fantastic. Unobstructive view to the Bridge II!! We also enjoy the beautiful sunrise every morning, as well as the firework show during Chinese New Year. There are food court and restaurants around the building. We also enjoy the infinite pool with the sunset. Albert is very responsive, and he gave us some very good advice and tips on traveling in Penang. We would recommend Albert's place to the other travelers.
