The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

The building has a 125 sqm living/dining area, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom/children's room with 2 pull-out day beds, 2 shower bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It also offers a fireplace, free Wi-Fi and a large garden with terrace and barbecue. Bed linen, towels and a starter set of toilet paper, tabs, soap, dishwashing liquid and firewood are provided. You drive through the gatehouse and see in front of you a courtyard with the manor house in the middle, the stables on the right and the cavalier's house on the left. The stable is rented as a whole house. From there, you can look into the palace park. Behind the house is a large private garden overlooking the water. Here you can enjoy the birdlife and tranquility. From the garden you can enter the house directly.

Thatched boathouse

Detached single boathouse directly on Schweriner Ziegelaußensee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large, furnished terraces and a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.

The house is situated in the west of the island (Petersdorf). Good for families up to max 5 people or surfers. Kite and surf area 3 km. The house has a fireplace (wood available). The property is fenced. Shopping 300 m. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, the third room is open, equipped with a sofa bed. Central heating is available.
