Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Our place is the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the view of the Bodden landscape through huge windows and watch cranes or fallow deer. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals that can be served on the spacious terrace. A private sauna offers additional comfort. At night you sleep peacefully and wake up with a view of nature.

The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private dock. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. You can explore the surrounding area with your own canoe or stand-up paddleboard. You can, of course, also go fishing from the jetty (except in May). On the large property there is a small house.
