Nice, quiet attic apartment

Separate attic apartment with approx. 53 m², which is reached via a shared staircase in our terraced house. The bright apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room there is a sofa, armchair, flat screen (cable) and Bluetooth system. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed. In the bathroom is a shower + cabinet and storage bench. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is functionally equipped: 4-burner induction stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the listed ensemble of castle and master house (State Music Academy). Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
