Our accommodation is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorfer Messegelände (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking facilities directly in front of the house. In 5 minutes walk, a forest area with pond invites you to walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center can be reached under one km. A bus stop with connection to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is within walking distance in a few minutes. You will greatly appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Cycling and hiking to Lake Baldeney, cafe/ restaurant Dolcinella next door, bicycle cellar available. Suitable for working commuters, trade fair visitors and vacationers and families.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the southernmost district of Essen, in Kettwig. From the balcony on the 6th floor, you have an indirect view of the Ruhr reservoir, which is right at your doorstep (about 5 minutes' walk). The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.

I present to you the new apartment with a wonderful location: close proximity to the Essen central railway station (10 min by public transport), the exhibition in Essen (1.1 km) and the exhibition in Dusseldorf (25-30 min by car). In the apartment you will find everything you need for life: - a well-equipped kitchen - an iron and ironing board - TV - a washing machine and dryer (paid in the basement) - a bed 180 cm or 2 beds of 90 cm - a balcony - a new bathroom

In a picturesque half-timbered house in the south of Essen, we have an apartment for rent on the ground floor. It consists of two and a half rooms, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 15 minutes' walk to the Ruhr, 5 minutes' walk to the bus. Attention! Currently, the Wi-Fi is down. We have not been able to resolve the issue since changing providers. However, the network coverage of the providers is good here.
