A lovely holiday flat with a view directly in the yacht harbour of Kiel for up to 4 persons. Very well equipped kitchen, one double bed, one sofa bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony to enjoy sunsets and the sea. The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request. UPDATE: The building is scaffolded in Sept-Nov 2025 due to roof repairs! Pics

The vacation home is located in the HH-Horn district near the Horner gallop racecourse in a large garden; 1 bedroom and 1 living/bedroom with kitchen pantry, 1 shower/toilet. Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster. A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. The apartment is on the first floor of Birgit's single-family home. It is conveniently located, suitable for up to 4 people from 6 years of age and is fully equipped. The large south-facing balcony overlooks the garden and pool of the hostess Birgit. The garden and pool are used by Birgit, her family and possibly also private guests. You are welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no right to exclusive use. Your grill is on your balcony.

As a guest of our apartment, you have the opportunity to use the entire wellness (swimming pool and sauna) and fitness area in the hotel "Elbstrand", which is 2 minutes away, for a fee of EUR 25.00 per person per week or part thereof.
