Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Das Haus wurde im Zuge des Kanalbaus für die Bewohnung höherer Beamte durch Kaiser Wilhelm 1907 eingeweiht.Die Wohnungen wurden aufwändig saniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Hier finden sich Lebensmittelgeschäfte und diverse Shops. Ebenfalls findet man fußläufig viele Restaurants und Bars.
