The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Private washing machine on the first floor

In the middle of the neighborhood

The apartment was completely renovated in 2025. You can reach it through a separate entrance in the green backyard of the house. In 13 minutes you are walking distance from the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes from the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a car park within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. Right in the middle, actually.

Explore the coast from the SUP board or kite depending on the wind and weather. In the immediate vicinity you will find (almost) everything that makes a vacation by the sea.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

Welcome to Kiel's most exclusive residential area - Düsternbrook. The flat is located only 700 m from the Kiellinie and the Landtag Schleswig-Holstein. It is ideal for business travellers who are looking for a quiet and tasteful flat. The flat has a modern kitchen and a small core-renovated bathroom (February 2020) and has everything you would find in a good hotel room. Please note that the flat is on the top floor.

The duplex apartment is located in a central location and is only a 15-minute walk from the train station and downtown. If you like to do sports, you can walk to the swimming pool in a 5-minute walk, and there is even a gym across the street. Within 200 meters, you will find all the shops of daily use. Nearby, a penny market, and if you need anything late at night, the REWE ToGo and Jet are open 24/7.

The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. The apartment is in an apartment building and I ask for quiet/respectful behavior. No smoking and no parties!

It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
