The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and partially renovated in 2021. It can be reached through a private entrance in the green backyard of the house. In 13 minutes you can walk to the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes to the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a parking garage within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. In the middle of it, actually.

Beautiful old building in the city center - 2

The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Private washing machine on the first floor

Freshly renovated designer apartment just 350 meters from the beach. The apartment is fully furnished for a relaxing stay. Towels, bed sheets, fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi included. Delicious rolls are available nearby at REWE. REWE is within walking distance. The bus stop is also right by the house. And the best part... the beach and Olympia harbor are close by. ...just move in and feel at ease right away.

Welcome to our cozy apartment overlooking the countryside, in a prime location. The Kiel Fjord, cruise terminals, shopping on Holtenauer Straße, cafes, restaurants, bars, theaters, etc. are all within walking distance. Even Kiel Week is steps away. The apartment is in an apartment building and I ask for quiet/respectful behavior. No smoking and no parties!

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. We rent out our beautiful, newly renovated studio with its own south terrace and separate access. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.
