In 13 minutes you can walk to the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes to the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Hello! We offer our apartment as private accommodation for rent. It has its own entrance, kitchen, shower room and living / bedroom. It is connected to our house via an internal staircase. Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, kettle, dishwasher, fireplace and terrace are available. Free parking on the premises.
