Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, it is very central, 10 min walk to the water, 5-minute walk to the beautiful Holtenauer Straße promenade with their numerous owners-operated shops! The flat has a terrace that gets the afternoon sun, a bathroom with a shower, a guest WC, and a small but very attractive designer kitchen! The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not quite accessible!

The south-facing terrace and the sunny garden belonging to the apartment invite you to have breakfast, barbecue, play and relax. A car parking lot is located on the property. If necessary, you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden, but it is prohibited to smoke in the apartment!

The sun can be enjoyed on the balcony from noon.

Our maritime furnished apartment, approx. 30 m² plus terrace, is located in Eckernförde. The center and Borby beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. We will feel at home with couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
