Our apartment is located in the garden city of Kronshagen, directly adjacent to our beautiful state capital of Kiel. The apartment is very quietly located on a one-way street. From the apartment you can directly access a fenced small property with a playhouse for the little ones. Explore the beaches around Kiel, stroll through the city center or enjoy a coffee right at the Kiel harbor. Due to the central location of the apartment, you can plan a different excursion every day.

Beautiful stylish old building apartment!

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, it is very central, 10 min walk to the water, 5-minute walk to the beautiful Holtenauer Straße promenade with their numerous owners-operated shops! The flat has a terrace that gets the afternoon sun, a bathroom with a shower, a guest WC, and a small but very attractive designer kitchen! The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not quite accessible!

Hello and WELCOME to Seeweg 1! Off to the north, off to Dannau! Enjoy the tranquility and forget your worries in the small village of Dannau. Not far from the Baltic Sea, you can enjoy your vacation in the almost 60 square meter accommodation and the associated garden. Enjoy the tranquility in the small village with nature reserve or discover various beaches, lakes, castles, restaurants and much more in the area. From here you can reach a lot quickly. Enjoy it!

Beautiful quiet and centrally located apartment in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein. This is a basement apartment with terrace and garden. There is a free parking space in front of the house. The apartment has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 hallway, 1 small bathroom with toilet, 1 large bathroom with wellness shower. There are 2 more private rooms in the apartment (heating system and pantry) that are closed. The owner lives in the same house above the apartment.

Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

The 1-room apartment, modernized in 2022, is located in the middle of the Schilksee Olympic Harbor. The terrace faces southwest into the countryside. In the apartment you will find a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a modernized shower room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, as well as a dining area for 4 people. Linens, towels, hairdryer and the classic kitchen and bathroom utensils are at your disposal.

The newly renovated apartment is located in a two-family house in a quiet side street and offers 80 m² of space for relaxing days. The south-facing terrace and the sunny garden belonging to the apartment invite you to have breakfast, barbecue, play and relax. A car parking lot is located on the property. If necessary, you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden, but it is prohibited to smoke in the apartment!

The apartment is located on the top floor of a four-story historic building in Kiel. It is in a quiet and popular location in the Düsternbrook district. Shopping, restaurants, downtown or the Kiel Fjord are within walking distance or by bus.
